One good thing about joining Facebook in your later years, is that you renew contact with friends from the past. Rob has been catching up with an old friend of his. He plays the saxaphone, something we knew about, but as the years have gone by, he's made a lot of progress. This is a clip of his!

Robin McLaurin Williams 1951 - 2014

Rob woke me up at around 3 am. to tell me that Robin Williams was dead. Our family spent many happy hours enjoying his films. My favourite has always been 'Dead Poets Society'

Grey's Anatomy

 I haven’t watched TV for a few weeks. When Dom and J-M visited in May she lent me the first 7 seasons of Grey’s Anatomy. Once I started watching I couldn’t stop. It brought me up to speed with the later episodes that I have seen on TV in the past. (Confusing? I know what I mean).

Some bloggers come, some bloggers go and some come back again.

A few years ago there was a blog called Newtron News which I was interested in. An Englishman, who lives in Germany, taught English and also plays the guitar. He had a great lesson website too, which I sometimes used for my lessons. I bought his album from eBay when it was released. Then he disappeared, which was a pity. He turned up again on LinkedIn and has made a great video of one of his songs….
